service to our clients. Our inspectors are certified by the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI), the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI), the Certified Commercial Property Inspectors Association
(CCPIA), and have successfully completed the National Home Inspector Examination, the original exam for the home inspection. profession.
We are licensed with the Contractor State License Board (CSLB) and are bonded and insured. We are accredited with the Inspection Certification Associates (ICA) and hold a California Inspection Certificate ensuring our home inspectors are trained to inspect homes according to the industry’s accepted standards of practice in California. Lastly, while not mandatory in California, our inspectors completed the National Home Inspector Exam (EBPHI) providing added assurance and reliability.
